I have an issue with payment. I purchased the 12 months package last time. But you renewed the membership on Feb 22nd I am not using this account anymore . Please revert the payment and cancel my membership. I asked this on  “Feb 25, 2019, 10:42 AM” . and i got reply from your team that subscription is canceled. Please check this and let me know the status of payment refund. I haven’t received any refunds from you. Please check it and revert me. Thank you.

We sent refund for you on Feb 26, 2019 via credit card based on 2checkout.
Did you get it yet? Please check your card carefully so I can check with bank issue.
